Utah County Loan-to-Own

Utah County Housing Authority offers up to $20,000 as a deferred, low-interest loan. No monthly payments — repaid when you sell, refinance, or pay off the first mortgage. Available to buyers throughout Utah County (Provo, Orem, Lehi, Spanish Fork, etc.).

Funding is limited — apply early when cycles open. Income typically at or below 80% AMI for a household of your size.

FHLB HELP grant

Up to $20,000 forgivable after 5 years of owner occupancy. Available statewide including Utah County. Cornerstone Home Lending is a direct FHLB participant — we originate these in-house. Income at or below 80% AMI.

UHC FirstHome + DPA

Utah Housing Corporation pairs a competitive first mortgage with up to 6% of the loan amount as down payment assistance. On a $400,000 home, that is up to $24,000. Must use a UHC-approved lender. First-time buyer or 3-year non-ownership rule applies.
